BOOKLETS

Booklets

Free FND Education Project booklet resources and booklet projects being prepared for readers.

The FND Education Project is developing short, printable and screen-friendly booklets that can be used without reading the entire course first.

Functional-seizure CBT-informed booklets

The first planned series is for people with an established functional-seizure diagnosis and the people who support them. Five booklets are being developed:

  1. Understanding Functional Seizures and CBT
  2. Discovering Your Seizure Pattern
  3. Skills for Warnings and Seizure Onset
  4. Returning to Activities and Independence
  5. Support, Setbacks, and Maintaining Progress

These are still being prepared and reviewed. The production outlines and content-creator material remain repository-only until there are reader-ready booklets to publish here.

The finished booklets are intended to use plain language, original illustrations, generous writing space, low-demand options, accessible digital structure, and print layouts that work in both colour and black and white. They will distinguish what research supports, what remains uncertain, and what requires individualized professional care.

For the public clinical and educational material that informs this work, see Functional-Seizure Recovery Techniques and CBT Resources.

More booklets

Other short educational and practical booklets may be added as the project grows. Reader-ready resources will be listed on this page rather than mixed with internal production documents.

Help review or create them
